Review on Repucaution by Bret Wong

I like that it is very easy to use, has great customer support if you need them (and they are willing), works well with Twitter & Facebook accounts as longs there's enough data for your needs or account permissions have been set properly - which can be tricky sometimes! The free version only allows 5 searches per day/account so we had some issues finding our way around after using this product in its paid form but were able solve these problems quickly once their team got back into action again :) We've found good success by setting alerts when mentions of certain keywords start trending up within one particular country etc..
