Review on ASICS Womens GEL Kayano Running Lightning by Christine Bergseth

I've had Reebok, Nike and New Balance. I tolerated them all. I wondered why I couldn't find a pair of tennis shoes that I was 100% comfortable with. I just thought it was my legs; maybe just not for tennis shoes. I signed up for my first half marathon and was worried about my legs. Then a friend told me that she loves her ASICS. I checked out ASICS online. I found them, liked the reviews I read and decided to order them. WOW, for the first time ever I own tennis shoes that fit well and are OH GOD incredibly comfortable. Staggered laces work really well for me! I have a problem with the top of my foot. I suspect that most running shoes will hit a vein on the top of my foot, which will reduce blood flow and make my feet tingly. Again I thought it was my legs. Something relative. I now realized that this tingling was from the shoes I was wearing. The offset laces on these ACICS don't tingle in the foot, the heel hugs and fits perfectly! The midfoot support is amazing. The best purchase I've made in a long time! The mesh allows more air to enter the shoe than other mesh shoes I've had. However, if your feet get hot and you don't like it, that's another PLUS of these shoes! I LOVE THIS SHOE!
