I like that we can use it for both our internal networks as well as customer's cloud environments, which is very flexible! The support team are also great at responding quickly when there is an issue or question - they always respond within minutes of sending them messages through ticketing system. Sometimes you have to wait longer than expected but this isn't too much of a problem if your tickets aren't time sensitive (eg. just want some clarification). We're using NsFocus Cloud Access Gateway with customers' Office 365 accounts so having access from their devices makes life easier. It has allowed us to give out secure credentials without worrying about data being compromised by malicious users who may be able to get into people's personal O365 account details. Also allows employees working remotely to connect securely to corporate resources such as SharePoint etc.
