Made the birds happy but a bit pricey

It rained several times a day, several days in a row for an unusually long time in my area. After a long rain I realized my sugar water was diluted and the birds didn't like it so they didn't come. It was the perfect size for my feeders as they are quite large and a bit heavy (glass) and I have found that the birds now seek my feeders when it rains knowing the sugar water will still be good there. It's a bit pricey, but everything looks durable and can last for many seasons. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the birds were not at all afraid of the guards as they went upstairs.
