I am building a custom Chevy Nova 73 and it requires a lot of spot weld holes so I used this material for that. I poured some of this into a small dropper bottle and applied a few drops of it to the drill bits before and while drilling. I don't think it takes a lot of technical science to create this stuff, but it does exactly what it's supposed to do! I also use it when I need to pull out a tap and die set. It extends the life of your bits and the taps and dies cut much smoother. I will buy more if needed
