Too rigid for flexible flat feet
I bought these for my preschooler. She has flexible flat feet, and often wakes up with foot and knee pain at night. The orthopedist recommended OTC insoles but didn’t specify a brand so I just went with these.The arch support is way too high for a kid with this issue. She complained of foot pain WHILE wearing them and when we took off her sneakers there were huge blisters on her arches.Keep in mind I took the insoles to a reputed kids shoe store and bought new sneakers that they recommended just to go with these insoles. So the sneakers were deep enough to support them. It’s that they are much too arched.
