I loved this product most because our CEO Mr. Nirmal Singh Sir had bought this from India itself so we could get best features in cheapest price with some additional charges but they are very cheap services now days compared to their original costs. So i used them in my working environment where there was no previous experience or knowledge about using these products before that day which helped me a lot during training period. Their support team gave good guidance regarding how each feature should work and what's important while doing daily tasks related to management. They didn't let us down once by giving solutions when ever problems occurred. Sometimes you might face few errors due to wrong setup (in case its not properly set up) after first installation process, however if contacted tech team then everything will resolve fastly within 24 hours max 48hrs only. Some people may feel like learning more than basic skills required just to use this application easily. If you wanna reduce paper works by managing workforce data manually & have better control over resources usage time tracking helps manage staffs productivity effectively. I like that the system does not allow access to any information unless you are logged in. This makes it easy when you need to use your computer while away from your desk. Also, there are no passwords to remember. This system is great to use when you have multiple computers and need to work from home. I dislike that you cannot access the system if you are not using a computer with internet access or wifi. It's good to use when you have multiple computers and need to work from home.
