If you are good with computers, you can use the PCtransfer Laplink cable. For example, I was trying to do a translation, got into unfamiliar territory very quickly and really messed up the translation. I had to call a support person to transfer from my old computer to the new one. Even he had enough time to unravel the mess I had made. After several times, Jeff, the rep finally made the referral. Without his experience I would not have been able to translate on my own. He was very patient with me as I tried to help out in my very small role on the show.
