The dress arrived very crumpled and partially open. It should have 23 buttons because it has 23 buttonholes. I had to close all the buttons and when that was done I found a problem with the buttons. There were only 22 buttons but they came with a few extra buttons in a small pouch so I had to sew on a button before trying to wash it to smooth out the wrinkles. It's so wrinkled that I'm afraid I'll have to borrow an iron to iron the part behind the buttons so you can't see the skin between the buttons. The garment that arrives must be ready to wear without the need for sewing. Repair.
