I ordered two of these chairs and was happy with both. They're easy to put together, seem sturdy enough and come with a good guarantee (a few years after ordering my first one I had a part break so I contacted the company to see if I could order a spare - looked instead they look like mine guarantee and sent to me free of charge!). Unlike some other reviewers, I've never had an issue with the chair sagging. I had a second problem with my first chair, which was about four years old at the time: the back fell off and the bottom of the chair broke with it (leading me to believe I couldn't just replace the back and which would probably be the easiest way is to replace the whole chair). I love to lean back, and I think the force of my frequent leaning back may have been too much to handle. If you sit up straight - as I probably *should* - I don't think you'll have this problem. It doesn't look like an expensive office chair - it's a bit smaller for one and probably less durable overall. But it's an improvement over the cheap chair I replaced with this one (I always broke them after a year or so), looks good and works well for hours of use at my computer - and even I've got the life as destroyed an improvised piano bench. If you want something exceptional or expect heavy use, you might want to go for something more durable. But this one is certainly good for the price and not bad at all no matter what.
