Review on JR Products EF PS30 Spring Fitting by Chris Moody

If you are looking for a "steel" gas spring end fitting as described (or a brass threaded insert as shown) on the picture), this is NOT the right product for you. These are standard plastic parts that in my experience fail within a year or two. In an RV door closer, the plastic threads break due to the stresses of holding the door. replacement of currently failed parts; I'll see how long these last.
