I run hot and live in a typically hot country / state, so PJ pants are really for the brief winter month(s) and then I have to wear PJ shorts (or nothing!) the rest of the year.Most of my PJ shorts haven’t been that comfy and I’d usually just sleep in undies but I tried some softer shorts and LOVE them, so was excited to try out these shorts.They’re good!They’re primarily cotton with a little bit of spandex (5%) for stretchiness and it works well.

Movement is unimpeded and they feel soft.Pockets are a useful depth but thankfully not too baggy (I’ve had shorts where the pockets are lumpy and not pleasant to sleep on - not the case here!).No fly (there’s a lightly stitched outline) but not super bothered by that. The waistband pulls down easily enough.Speaking of waists, mine is about 31-32” and the medium fits just right.The best thing I can say about them is that I switched into these after wearing my favorite sleep shorts (10% spandex, super soft and stretchy) and didn’t really notice the difference!For under $20, they’re well worth it.
