Review on Small Petite Neck And Shoulder Relaxer For TMJ Pain Relief & Cervical Spine Alignment - Blue Chiropractic Pillow Stretcher by Cory Spence

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I have neck and shoulder pain which causes me headaches. This helped to relieve my discomfort.

I get headaches.really bad headaches, many years of splitting headaches, which stem from pinched nerves in my neck and back. I have been to chiropractors and, in case you don't know, can be quite costly, especially when they all require multiple visits to see any improvement. I dropped my last chiropractor because it seemed that he was causing me more headaches and pain than he was supposed to be ridding me of.So, I was desparate for some relief while saving some money, especially considering the cost of everything going up these past two years and no longer having premium health insurance to ease my medical burdens. Then, while surfing Revain, I found this. I don't usually subscribe to gimmicky gadgets and such, but it resembled something that my chiropractor used for my sessions. So, I ordered it.When it arrived, I was skeptical, to be honest, because it was made of some kind of high density blue foam that was molded into a crazy shape that was supposed to alleviate some of my neck and back pain. Regardless, I had a headache at the time, so I decided to give it a go.I placed it under my neck, right at the base of my neck, with the open part faced toward the crown of my head. Then, I lied down and allowed it to work its magic. Immediately, I felt more support on my neck and my neck pain was lessened, but after about 7 or 8 minutes my headache became lighter. Right around the 15 minute mark, my headache was, essentially, gone. The reall test, however, was finding out if the relief would last well after I got up and set this device aside. When I sat up and rolled my head around, I was pleasantly surprised that my headache did not return. I know, this sounds nuts, but it worked, at least in my case. Everybody is different, sure, but I lent this device to somebody else with similar issues and she said it helped her, as well.I tried it on my lower back, too, and it helped me to fall asleep, but I don't think it was meant for that purpose. I also tried to use it on my lower back as support for when I was sitting, but it kept falling lower.I would recommend this product to others, but YMMV.

Pros
  • The cervical spine alignment provided by the stretch pillow can help to improve overall health and wellness by reducing tension and promoting relaxation
Cons
  • Could be ineffective for people with severe tension headaches
