I had tendonitis from overuse of various exercises. At 50 I was finally able to enlarge my biceps and really didn't want to move away from strength training. Well these babies really work and now I can pick them up with no pain. Also, for some reason, braces help me straighten up better when lifting, which has more impact on my muscles while putting less stress on my joints and tendons. Definitely a win-win situation. The braces are comfortable, reliable and I don't feel any pain when using them. Even after working out, when I'm not wearing braces, my tendinitis seems to go away. The only downside I can find is that the straps can get caught on it when wearing sports gear. All in all, they're good little helpers for my type of injury.
