This is a quality stand, my only plus and the reason it got two stars instead of one. It is really well made and made of good materials. We bought this to hold a projector that weighs 24 pounds. The description says it will last up to 33 so we thought it was fine. When we first placed the projector on top we used the crank to raise the platform to the desired height > But once the projector was placed on top everything collapsed. We've tried screwing the grip to the legs, tightening it, and more to no avail. We resort to gluing the handle with duct tape every week. Not very pretty or professional. Again, this is a great stand on its own. Just don't expect to use the height adjustment if you have something heavy.
