I bought a CARL paper cutter about 20 years ago and recently got to the point where I needed a new one. . I've tried wire cutters with a tiny zipper-like blade, but didn't like the style. I looked at the rotary cutters available today and their prices and was shocked to see the inflation. Then I thought maybe there are replacement parts for my old PRT 100. I was thrilled to find these cutting mats at a decent price! These are the same mats that came with it 20 years ago. I'm so glad CARL still makes them and that I found this seller!
