Review on Crystala Filters UKF8001 Water Filter - Compatible with Whirlpool 4396395, Filter 4, Maytag UKF8001 - 3 Pack by Matt Nichols

I've used several other brands of water filters that have a weird taste. I also use a few other brands of water filters that only last a couple of months before they give off an odd taste too. So far this filter works great and leaves no taste in my water or ice cubes. It was very easy to install. Keep in mind they are rated for around 300 gallons of water so should last anywhere from 4 to 6 months depending on water intake. I have a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and we all drink water from the fridge and use at least a gallon a day so I should be able to get 6 months out of each filter. Of course, that's a lot cheaper than buying a Whirlpool OEM filter, which costs three times as much. I can't believe they charge that much for their filters and get away with it. This is very similar to the printer ink in computer inkjet printers. I definitely recommend these 3 packs and will update my review in the future.
