Ordered men's size X-Large for woman who is 6ft 2in and weighs 210lbs. The pants fit, although none of our orders had a tag indicating front or back. It was fun trying to understand. The shirt fits at the top but is wide at the bottom, I think it will fit a man who might have some extra baggage in the middle. The women's tall fit me well at 5ft 5in 150. No label here either. Also ordered a 3T for my little grandson and it was comfy. So if your 3 year old is medium build, order one size up.
