Review on CSAS/Pro Utility Billing by David Moreno

I like the ability to create my own forms for reports, it is very customizable and easy to use. I dislike how slow the system is at times; sometimes it takes 30 minutes or more just to send an email out. I also can't open the program when I'm not in front of my computer. It's great that you can customize everything and make it your way. When we first started using this software, it was difficult to get used to but once you understand it, you will never want to go back. Tracking and invoices were much easier with this software.
