I have been using Jackson welding hoods for 50 years and when I thought they couldn't get any cheaper they did. This hood looks like it came out of a car dealership. No structure, just dangling like a piece of rubber. The top band won't stay in place, even long enough to try it on! It has (2) pins that snap into holes like a baseball cap strap to adjust the fit on your head. Doesn't stay locked even for an adjustment! The hood does not reach low enough to cover the chin and place the lens in the field of vision of the eyes. Even setting the hood tilt to the lowest position, it's still not visible. I've never got around to using electronic lens dimming, my old lens has the same technology and might be ok with that, but I won't try. Box open at 1:30 p.m. Return at 1:45
