Takes forever and not as expected.

It took forever I needed this because I'm traveling with my laptop right now so I bought it before I needed it so not the worst but when I received it, isn't the imprint how fancy or handsome he is as a person, on the right he looks like he's forewarned, disappointed and unfortunately i need this, can't wait for them to send another one. Would choose another seller and not buy again.
