I usually write a review update under the original post, but because of the amazing customer service and willingness to make customers happy, I think people should know. In the event of problems, EASYTONE will take care of you quickly and efficiently. I had a problem with my device for some reason but the replacement works great. This device is much faster than the Revain Fire TV device (2nd Gen, the best!) when running applications. The included keyboard remote works great too. A very satisfied customer, thanks EASYTONE! So I believe that when properly assembled this device is an excellent device. I purchased this unit on 10/14/18 Sunday and it arrived the following Thursday. I spent a bit Thursday night and Friday night customizing the box to the specs I wanted. Was great! I was so glad that I chose this device. I bought this device because it needed to have a reliable Wi-Fi connection. I wanted it for an upstairs room in a house where the modem was downstairs. Spring. I brought the device upstairs and it didn't even turn on. I have no idea what happened. I shut down the block again and it won't go - the block just won't turn on at all. I will say that I also got an additional remote control, a keypad remote control and it did NOT follow the requirements according to the remote control buttons. At least on the Netflix, Hulu, Kodi, and NBC apps. I'm really upset because that first day was amazing. He worked very quickly and was very responsive. 24 hours later and this thing won't even turn on.
