Fairly good product
I received this item yesterday and my kids were intrigued at first. However, they said the voice was difficult to hear as it sounded a bit muffled. So they stopped playing with him. I listened to him and also think that the voice could be a little clearer. I love that he tells my kids all about animals, gives them fun facts and counting games. I played with it with my kids and they liked it a lot more. The packaging looked a bit cheap but the product is cute.
