Expensive but good: kitchen utensils and gadgets
This grater works great for grating garlic, ginger, radish or wasabi You end up with a very very thin paste and the sticky ginger pieces are left behind without turning into the final product The teeth on the grating surface are very sharp .It's a good tool that's fun and easy to clean under the running water.Not cheap but worth the money in my opinion.
