1 head pops up immediately when turned on. Another appears when you touch it to your face. As soon as I held it in my hand, I realized that the device was poorly constructed. Here's what I get for trying to save a buck when my 10-year-old Wahl trimmer finally breaks. Now the seller emails me 1-2 times a week trying to bribe me with $45 to remove this review. They use a different Gmail address with the same message and links to that item each time. The language is very haunting. Avoid this product and seller completely.
