I used the bag snorkeling on the first day of the trip and everything was fine. The second day I used it at the water park and it filled with water. The case was completely closed as I used it for 3-4 hours without any problems. Then for some reason it filled up with water and ruined my iPhone. The first day was great, but leaving the country with a broken phone wasn't worth it. If you have this case, also put your phone in a smaller waterproof case so you have double protection. I did a test with a paper towel, left it soaked in water for an hour and everything was fine. The first day of my trip was ok too, there is no hole in the bag, I had to open it to pour out the water, so I think it just leaked at the top.
