Not waterproof! - Packsacks

NOT waterproof! I'm so glad I read the reviews and tested it before using it on vacation! I would be devastated if I broke my new phone. See photos from my test. Photo #1 I put tissue paper in the bag, soaked it in water for 3 minutes, after that I saw the fabric was wet (photo #2) so I removed it and photo #3 shows the wet fabric .

As advertised in Dry Bags

Great product but I asked to receive it on Wednesday 6/11/18 and paid extra to use it on my cruise but never received until he came back. Not sure if it's the seller and maybe shipping or Amazon so I'm still giving 5 stars. Came to my Note9 with a retractable pad on the back that slides out so you can hold your phone (don't know what they're called lol) and it took clear photos in the case and was easy to close in the case serve. I liked it very much. I wish I could use it.

The case leaked and ruined my phone, use double protection.

I used the bag snorkeling on the first day of the trip and everything was fine. The second day I used it at the water park and it filled with water. The case was completely closed as I used it for 3-4 hours without any problems. Then for some reason it filled up with water and ruined my iPhone. The first day was great, but leaving the country with a broken phone wasn't worth it. If you have this case, also put your phone in a smaller waterproof case so you have double protection. I did a testโ€ฆ

Works great on paper towels! More information is required.

I took the paper towel test and it passed. I soaked it fully for about 4 hours and the paper towel came out dry. I don't know how well it will hold up after a little use, but from the start it seems to be doing exactly what it says on the tin. I love that the side buttons are accessible and match my Pixel 3, case and everything. You can't access the fingerprint sensor, but the touchscreen works fine over it. The images have been slightly altered, but that's to be expected. If it works as goodโ€ฆ

Failed! A leak! for dry bags

Bought for a trip to Thailand hoping to take photos while snorkeling. Tested them in the sink with a tissue according to the instructions and they seemed dry. First we dived around the beautiful islands in the Andaman Sea and as we emerged from the water we noticed a small puddle of water around the phone. We were in the water probably less than 10 or 15 minutes and didn't dive at all, just snorkeled on the surface. The good news is that we have the Galaxy S9, which is said to be waterproofโ€ฆ
