Superior Source's soothing formula is gluten-free, making it good for a celiac sufferer like me. Its effects are associated with several well-known sleep producers: L-theanine, 5-HTP and melatonin. What makes this product great and very effective is the fact that it is dosed sublingually. So far, this has been one of the most effective sleep aids I've tried. It gets me out pretty quick. Although the description states that the tablets dissolve quickly under the tongue, in my experience the tablets do not dissolve as quickly as the description suggests. They are worth it though because I feel like falling into a dream. I recommend this as one of the best natural sleep aids.
