It's easy to use, cheap for what you get (and I don't mind paying £6/year), great customer service - they're always there when needed! They've made it very simple for me as an individual with no technical knowledge of how things work behind-the scenes in order manage my domains / email accounts etc from one place. The only downside really would be that if your registrar doesn't support LDAP authentication then this can make life difficult at times (eg our office uses Google Apps). We have all been able to set up mailboxes easily using their website or through GSuite.
