I was very surprised at how well it worked, especially considering how cheap the product was. I've used several other hair removal creams with varying results and issues: burning/irritation, improper hair removal, too strong an odor, or no instructions/waiting time clearly stated on the packaging. the above side effects. It worked, didn't sting or cause irritation later, smell was minimal (but of course they always have a bad smell that can't be completely eliminated), was easy to use. I left the product on for 8 minutes (between the recommended range of 6-10) the first time I used it to make sure it didn't burn or irritate me, but also removed at least a few rough hairs. I can leave it on for 10 minutes next time I plan on doing a full hair removal instead of just a light cleanse.
