I love this product, I used it on my beard as it's a beard straightener, but it also works on hair except the beard . Apply oil to the beard before use. and lightly press the buttons. The first 2 elements had to be replaced (knobs were bent) Due to the way of soldering there were no problems, they were replaced after 2 days. The rest of the product looks good and works great. When opened, everything was well packaged and sealed. Supplied with a gray pouch/case with guideline and charging cable. Charging takes about 3-4 uses depending on how long you brush your teeth, but charging is quick if you have a fast charger (wall charger or car charger). The product comes with a charging cable but no wall adapter (I use a cell phone wall adapter). The item has 3 bars indicating full charge and is used twice and up to 1 bar (3-4 uses). Display locked in °C- To switch from °C to °F, press and hold + and - at the same time until the display switches to °F and release. The item has 2 charging ports, a micro USB and a USB. The company has very good communication representatives. Aside from the hassle of getting the descent straightener (serviceable), the company was very professional and the shipping was very fast!
