I used this starter in my outboard motor. After less than 50 uses, the motor seized up and failed. I contacted DB Electrical support as Revain is overdue and does not offer direct support and this was DB Electrical's response: Your warranty is always with the company that took your money. It was Revein. I can't find an order for your name or email address. You appear to have purchased our product directly from Revain. You will need to log into your Revain account and make a request there. They give you 30 days to return it hassle-free. You have a one year guarantee. This is direct from Revain. You have to call them and tell them DB Electrical said there is no factory warranty and they should cover your warranty. Sorry to bother you. Have a nice day. even get a few engine starts, which makes you exceed the support period. BEWARE!
