Not adjustable best in my review
I do wish they were at least slightly adjustable. All but one is too big for my nose. The one that isn't has a spring that helps hold it in place but the opposite side should be more rounded. It's rather painful after a while. I can adjust a tiny bit very careful by wrapping it in a wash cloth then pinching with pliers but it doesn't hold the new shape for long. Eventually, it loosens back up and falls off.
