Also, I wanted to lock down my system a bit more to prevent possible obstacles and traps. The quality of this lock is what I need to deter any easy theft. I see where using this lock can be useful for many public and even private purposes. This would be a good solution for security and theft prevention.

I tried three times to order it and although the product description says otherwise, THERE ARE NO KEYS WITH. It's part number K64665US and it's not even listed on the Kensington website. The Kensington website lists part number K64615US for this set and it's available on Revain (with keys I'm guessing otherwise it'll be updated).

Easy mounting on the back of the device. The cable is pretty stiff. So if you're short on space, you'll need a little more patience and ingenuity to keep the cable where you want it.

This product will slow a thief's escape and capture, or may stop them in certain situations. That won't stop a determined thief. The idea here is to slow someone down by limiting the amount of items that can be stolen. For this purpose it works fine.

Good server lock for a small office. We needed something to protect and monitor our server just for peace of mind. It fits the bill and is very easy to install. I still believe if someone wanted to steal a server it would be very easy with bolt cutters. However, this eliminates the risk of a random thief picking it up and removing it.
