I made this to help with my bad fidget habits. When I'm worried or stressed, I pull at my hair, nails, or skin, sometimes until it bleeds. To replace bad habits with less bad ones, I bought them. I liked that you can get multiple per pack and how colorful they are. I put one in every room of the house I visit most often and put them in a place where I can easily see them. Whenever I tear at my skin, I grab one of them instead. It's helped me a lot, and the bright, eye-catching colors give me a visual reminder that it's always there when I need it. Sometimes it helps me to hold the weight of one in my hand. More recently, my husband and I have started throwing them to each other across the room while exchanging ideas or catching up. We also found that if thrown high enough they would stick to the ceiling. When it first happened, we both couldn't stop giggling. Thankfully, they fall off on their own after about ten minutes. This is a great product that both my husband and I love and would recommend to anyone, especially those who fidget or stimulate a lot.
