Terrible printer! Shame on me I bought a second HP Photosmart! The first was the 5510 and we liked it, it was easy to use but only lasted 2 years. Replaced this piece of junk with the next model and lasted 8 months. They no longer print a single packet of ink and black. Two calls to HP service, useless! No help and no offer to replace a product that is under warranty! When I asked to speak to a manager, the technician hung up. Not polite. But they also take their services abroad, so good luck understanding everything that is said from the start. No more HP!
