Update 7/10/19Although, I had peeling issues with the installation of the second roll, I had a very professional response by their customer service department. They created new recommended procedures for installing exterior film. I think it's great that they acknowledged the problem, accepted responsibility, recommended methods to prevent the issue (peeling), and remedied my situation.I have since correct my situation situation and have seen a reduction of heat transfer into the house. I measured the temp of windows with and without the film that were side by side facing West at 5pm. The window with the film was 4.5 degs lower in temp.As a result of their customer service teams actions and how the product performed, I have increased the rating to a 4 star.Original version:The first roll applied wonderfully and adhering well. The second roll is peeling up on every window pane. Eventhough I used the same technique and soapy water solution. I tried rewetting but there no tack on the film at this point. Two of the panes are on the second floor and somewhat precarious to reach. Never had this problem with other window film manufacturers
