Simple UI with lots of customization options - it's very easy for users without technical background using this tool in any way! The price can be considered too high when compared to other tools that have less features but are free or significantly cheaper (e g Salesforce).

It would also help if I could import my contacts from Gmail into their system somehow so there will not always needs me manually fill up all fields every time we meet new people during networking events etc.. However what they offer as premium plans really worths paying at least once even though pricing tiers might seem expensive at first sight since its pretty good value considering how many customers use such software already out-of-.
