The case itself is solid; features a textured rubber frame and very tight fitting port covers. The belt clip is very comfortable and holds securely, and the clip and spring feel solid (time will tell, of course. This is a new purchase). My dissatisfaction was caused by a screen protector. I immediately removed it and replaced it with a glass protector and it immediately stopped bubbling with no adverse effects on the case installation, which is always a concern with mobile devices. If you decide to remove the protective film from the screen, use a case removal tool. preferably metal with a polished blade tip. And be sure to remove the narrow strip of tape that was holding the old protective film.
