Got a great deal on this, after purchase of a Craftsman unit from a big box store for about the same price. There is no comparison, this one is light years better than the Craftsman unit. The USB recharge is great, as I was burning through AAA batteries with the other unit, this one lasts as long as I can work, then I plug in and it's ready for next time, no batteries to change. It is brighter, and it has a wide mode that is more useful for the work I'm doing under a vehicle. The on / off motion works well as long as you don't move your head too much, or it will shut off on you, but with the recharge, it's easier for me to just leave it on in manual mode.
