Bad decision by this company to go down this route

Shaft and switch. Software and key code are not provided. You can only guess why it doesn't have a key code and their website won't help you at all. As a guess, I contacted support for the code. It's also pretty clear that they'll lure you in with a low price to sell you add-ons to do something other than read the code. Bad decision by this company to go this route! Before I spend more time with this product I will just come back and carry on calmly. Would I recommend this to others. No!
