To cut a long story short, over the past 18 months I've had to rebuild my stud. I'm a petty nurse, not a builder. My previous tape measure was something that came out of work during an event. It was crap. A friend recommended this guy and LET YOU SAY IT! There is a video explaining all the features of this roulette! This is madness! I haven't used 1/4 of it personally because it's not my job. But what I LOVE: 1 - magnetic surface! So when I stretch it long distances alone (which I've done a lot over the past 18 months, I'm single) it would easily stick to a nail or I might even get it snagged on the end of a piece of wood or something. HUGE time savings! 2 - there is also a small hole in the end and I used it to remove nails when I was too lazy to look for a hammer 3 - I've opened countless cans of paint with that metal end 4 - I've also used crap on cans of paint to close them with a tape measure, never torn! (I don't think you should do this, but hey, I'm lazy and it's not my career so never mind. It's still working great over a year later! So I'm not a pro and I don't like roulette usually costs a lot but this guy was worth every penny and I will never need another roulette again!
