Only got them a few days ago and although they didn't connect the first time I have to say it was my fault for not reading the instructions first. lol once i dropped them they stuck together every time i took them out of the suitcase. I like that I can hear either just one or both. The sound is much better than I expected. I bought a similar pair from Costco and the sound was so tinny. They have good rich bass and sound exactly how I hoped they would. I still don't know how to adjust the volume, but I can always tell Siri to lower the volume, remove one, or pause a song if I want to hear who's speaking to me. The noise cancellation is almost creepy as it really cuts out ambient noise as soon as I put it on. I didn't use it to make phone calls, but I didn't buy it for that either. I want to be able to hear my music.
