Review on 📞 VTech CS6529-2 DECT 6.0 Phone Answering System - Caller ID/Call Waiting - 2 Cordless Handsets - Silver/Black by Scott Rangel

I bought these phones to replace an old VTech model we used for our office phone. This phone works just like the old phone, with a few annoying exceptions. When someone calls, the caller ID will display "Incoming Call", then display the caller's phone number for about 2 seconds after the first ring, and then return to "Incoming Call". So if you can't pick up the phone and look at the display at the right time, you won't know who's calling. This is extremely impractical and useless in an office where call monitoring is paramount. Also, the call will be logged as "Missed Call" regardless of whether you answer a call or not. To delete "missed calls" you need to go through the caller ID log and look at each number. This issue isn't as troublesome as the caller ID issue, but it's certainly annoying.
