Thick socks. But they are short. They always seem to fall. I only wear size 9 shoes. These are the only crew socks that have ever fit me like this. Update: Downgraded to one star only. I hate these socks and will be sending them back. The most uncomfortable socks I've ever worn. The part of the sock that covers the foot feels too small and doesn't stand up high enough on the leg.
