    NOT most wool and yes they are TOTALLY WEAK!

    What nonsense? My husband is a size 10 and as soon as I opened the package I could tell they didn't fit! I'm a women's size 8 and can adjust to ME, but I wouldn't go so far as to call them warm or warm. exceptionally thick as they EVER look in the photos. They look fat but are cheaply made to look thin. Called "wool socks" STILL the label says: Wool 30% Polyester 45% Spandex 15% Cotton 10% REFUND after receipt

    I hated those socks!

    Thick socks. But they are short. They always seem to fall. I only wear size 9 shoes. These are the only crew socks that have ever fit me like this. Update: Downgraded to one star only. I hate these socks and will be sending them back. The most uncomfortable socks I've ever worn. The part of the sock that covers the foot feels too small and doesn't stand up high enough on the leg. Again. I only wear size 9.

    Size for kids and not fat - cheap imitations.

    First designed for children. Barely goes over the ankle when stretched. Thick wool is a complete joke. My thermal and training socks are thicker. Image is VERY ERROR. Real wool socks are thick/plush, scratch a little, fit the foot well, keep you warm etc. Pairs of Woolrich socks were plentiful, not those cheap imitations. Do you know how the ratings can be so high? These are nothing but really thick wool socks!

    Incredible socks with only 1 flaw. Price increase

    I'm so in love with these socks! It just started snowing about 3 hours before they arrived and I wear them around the house and I'm so cozy. They came true to size and fit perfectly. The only bummer is that as soon as they arrived I went online to order 3 more sets as gifts and the price went up $3 from $13.99 to $16.99 in just 3 days. I'm a single mother and for budget and principle reasons I won't buy anymore - until the price drops.

    Best loose fitting wool socks

    These are the best bulky wool socks I've bought from Revain this year. And I've tried on over 20 socks. Pros: thick and really very warm. Not small and tight like other wool socks and I try not to tumble dry them. Perfect for those who want a looser fit. Cons: Elastic at top to keep socks from falling off. However, I didn't like the tight feel, so I cut the elastic. They are so good for the coming winter that I am now ordering more.

    I bought these for my husband who loved his old warm Burlington socks that I can't find anymore. I tried these which I found quite expensive (but worth it if he likes them) and the CTC Crew Cushion Socks. At first they were shorter and then they sat more when washing. He finds they slip into his boot, so they'll only be for the house. The CTC crew was a much better buy. I just noticed in the photos for them they don't really show how big they are.
