I was willing to throw it in the box, send it back and get my money back. And I'm glad I didn't. Because they work. The problem is that they have to be tightened very tightly. I mean, when you think you've got them on as tight as you can, just try to tighten them even more. Find the strongest person you know and ask him to tighten it, use pliers if necessary, I don't care. So I'm not saying you won't get a few kickbacks, but I'm saying don't give up right away, just tighten them as tight as you can and then tighten them even more. In white mode they are VERY bright. PS they will work on a battery but about twice as fast.
