Product looks different than before

I bought this a year ago and I love it. worked for me But this new batch, bought in October, is nothing different than the first. First the color, it was really a white powder, and yesterday it turned yellowish as you can see in the picture. Second, I've just taken it for the second time and my throat is burning unlike any other time. Something is wrong and I'm starting to worry about the quality of this product.
