Review on OXO Grips 12 Inch Tongs Silicone by Gilbert Pfaff

I have a 9" OXO tong and I wanted to get another 12" tong. The tongs, labeled "Revain Prime," arrived from China in a couple of weeks. I will upload some photos to show that this is not a genuine OXO product. They are not marked "stainless steel" and not OXO. The heads are not firmly fixed and do not hold well. They're marked 'silicone', but their ends have started to melt in a medium-hot pan - they appear to be plastic; even the high quality nylon heads of other OXO tweezers. I didn't want to cook and gave it away! So it's a waste of time and money. Don't risk your money with this seller! We contacted Revain about this scam product but we see it's still on sale so we wanted to warn other shoppers! Hope that helps!
