Review on Dynex DX S114241 11 Outlet Office Protector by Emmanuel Winschel

I ordered a Dynex 11 Surge Protector to replace another brand of wired network that was damaged by a power surge during a lightning storm. The confirmation contained a note that the packaging could be damaged. When it arrived the factory packaging was actually moderately damaged as if the item had been returned or had been stored for a long time. When I took it out of the box and tried it, the surge protector didn't work at all. None of the lights worked, nor did any of the outlets. The listing showed it was the only one in stock and I didn't have time to return it and wait for a replacement to arrive anyway so I made other arrangements. I was very busy at the time and put the surge protector away to return later but never did so I don't know how the seller would have reacted if I tried to return it.
